“ Husband & I had lunch there. He ordered the coronation chicken sandwich and cold beer. I had some scones with cream & strawberry spread. Both were okay, not amazing. Staff was very busy, so... not very attentive, but kind. Atmosphere was okay, felt a little over crowded. There was a fry on the floor next to me, where I almost put my purse! And, the women's restroom was so dirty (with a poop blowout) that the ladies were in line for the men's restroom. If the restrooms were larger (than a one person stall) and there were a few less tables on the floor (helping the crowded atmosphere & allowing the servers to be able to be more attentive with fewer tables)... it would elevate the experience to be 5 start worthy. ”

“ Caffe Concerto is a chain of restaurants that offers modern British and Italian dishes, as well as celebration cakes. Caffe Concerto is an Italian-inspired restaurant with beautiful interiors and excellent service. It is located opposite the Ritz Hotel and close to the exclusive Fortnum & Mason department store. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try the best desserts in town. The menu also offers a wide selection of Italian dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Today, my friend and I were shopping at Fortnum & Mason to find a birthday present for a friend. We met for lunch at Caffe Concerto and ordered our favorite Italian dishes. I ordered a king prawn pizza. I have to say, the pizza was one of the best I've ever eaten and was probably made by an Italian chef. After lunch, we picked up the cake and went to a friend's party. The cake was delicious—sweet custard and vanilla cream, aromatic fruits, and white chocolate that melts in your mouth. It was a really interesting combination, and I have to say, all my friends at the party really enjoyed it. ”

“ This cafe surpassed our expectations. We had thought it is a nice-looking cafe with good cakes yet average food, but wanted to try as we were all hungry and tired.. The food is of excellent quality. We ordered four cheese gnocchi, prawn risotto, courgette soup and risotto balls and thoroughly enjoyed them all.. ”

“ Very welcoming, easy to find and great atmosphere. Plenty of choice and easygoing place, made us feel special and we enjoyed a quick bite to eat in a relaxed atmosphere. Service is swift, cappuccino was hot, green tea tasty and the garden breakfast plenty full and tasty, chicken escalope was tasty and flavourful. If it’s just a coffee and cakes that you’re wanting then this is the place to head too! The choice is amazing. Well worth visiting if you’re in central London or stopping close by In Mayfair. “ This is a personal favourite and a key reason I keep on returning. I genuinely believe it has the most diverse selection of dishes I’ve seen. I have visited Cafe Concerto multiple times and it just doesn’t disappoint. The staff were amazing and the atmosphere is always great irrespective of what branch one visits. My colleague went for the burger and enjoyed it and I was hugely surprised when I noticed they officially added French toast to their menu, I did recommend they include it sometime ago and they did. As a connoisseur I had to try it. It was far from my favourite but it did the job for the day. Overall, a great all round restaurant and highly recommend it. ”
